Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Virtual Goods & Consumables

Gappey Coins, avatar frames, entrance rides, and virtual gifts are digital consumables delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Once coins or virtual goods are credited to your account or consumed in rooms, they are generally non-refundable.

2. Failed Transactions & Double Charges

If your bank account or UPI has been debited but coins were not credited due to network timeout or gateway delay:

• Our automated webhook reconciliation will typically credit your coins within 10-15 minutes.
• If uncredited, the amount is automatically refunded back to your source account within 5-7 business days by Cashfree / your bank.

If you encounter payment issues, please email our billing team at support@gappey.com with your Order ID, registered phone number, and transaction screenshot.
